			<description>mine has gotta be.....

just sitting about the house doing nothing...instead of reaching for a sandwich or a piece of fruit its sweets and crisps.

i need to get out more i know that much.

plus its a two and a half mile walk to my mums and the same on the way back so if i had to walk that every other day thats some exercise...dont ya think? lol especially with my two in the twin buggy.



i do really start with good intentions and reach for that glass of water and an apple but it always  ...</description>

1 tsp. minced garlic

1/4cup lemon juice

1/4 cup flour

2 Tbsp. olive oil

1/3 cup capers

1 can artichoke hearts (packed in water, not oil)

1 package sliced mushrooms



Coat chicken with flour. In a large skillet, cook garlic and oil over moderate heat,

stirring constantly, until garlic is pale gold. Add chicken and brown 2-3 minutes on

each side. Add lemon juice, artichokes, capers and mushrooms. Simmer, covered, for
